Rino Malzoni bouwde in Brazilië onder andere de Puma GT en de GT Malzoni op basis van DWK. Ik vermoed dat bovenstaande 'Alfazoni' een in eigen beheer uitgevoerde conversie is van de laatste: er is een blok uit de FNM ingelepeld (bekend uit de 1900).

Mesmo sem o ronco dos motores, os fãs do automobilismo dos anos 50 e 60 terão emoção. A velocidade será o foco da segunda edição da mostra "Carro do Brasil", em Brasília, durante o feriado prolongado. Serão reunidos antigos bólidos que fizeram fama, com ou sem vitórias.
A estrela será o Bino, protótipo criado pela Willys em 1966 e herdado pela Ford. É um dos carros que mais venceu provas no país, tendo pilotos como José Carlos Pace e Luís Pereira Bueno. Outras atrações serão o Camber "Patinho Feio" (protótipo VW feito por Alex Dias Ribeiro), o Alfazoni (híbrido de Alfa e Malzoni, que correu nos anos 60), um Simca e uma carretera de Breno Fornari (gaúcho três vezes vencedor da Mil Milhas) e uma réplica do Fitti-Volks.
Sete carros Brasinca 4200GT e Uirapuru serão reunidos. Haverá ainda palestras com gente que participou do automobilismo nos anos 60, como o projetista Rigoberto Soler.
Entre carros esportivos e familiares, os organizadores prometem juntar cem modelos nacionais antigos. A exposição acontecerá de 18 a 21 de abril, no Centro de Convenções Ulysses Guimarães.

O fim do "JK" era iminente - embora oficialmente negado - desde a compra da
FNM pela Alfa Romeo. Em 1971 uma concessionária de São Paulo (a
Caminhonauto) promoveu a construção de um esportivo em cima do chassi e
mecânica FNM2150, em parceria com a FNM. O desenho era de Tony Bianco, um
designer brasileiro que só não teve a projeção dos italianos por estar no
continente errado. Para a FNM o Fúria manteria acesa certa expectativa de
vida para o "JK", enquanto para a Caminhonauto e para Bianco era a chance de
um Alfa genuinamente brasileiro, feito em parceria com um "carroziere"
nacional.Tudo terminou no protótipo do Salão do Automóvel de 1972.
