Vele fabrieksracers zoals de GTA en Alfetta GT die door Autodelta waren geprepareerd werden in sommige gevallen door Jolly Club ingeschreven voor de race / rally ?

Many subsequently went onto do well in national events as well as hillclimbing, further cementing this little cars big reputation.

With Andrea de Adamich and other great drivers at the helm, the cars began to steal the thunder of the Lotuses that had previously reigned supreme. Adamich won over the Dutch circuit of Zandwoort to take the European touring championships.
