Wow! A GT Junior in Moscow in 1986????? Must have been about the only one then at that time!
Any idea how it ended up there?
It was diplomat's car with bad history. Italian driver killed old women when he drove GT Junior. He repiared it and sold it at Moscow car market South Port.
There was many interesting car in USSR, Kharkov like Auto Union Type D, ALFA Romeo 6C 2500 Spider, Lancia Aprilia, FIAT Dino Coupe. Once owner of Junior GT told me, that he saw Lamborghini Miura in Kharkov with soviet number plate. It was from Dnepropetrovsk, former soviet ambassador in Italy owned it.
Its car from Kharkov too. Kharkov's constructor Eduard Lorent build it on 1962 for record break run on the salt lake in USSR . His record still unbroke. 1km FS - 286.141 km/h. 750 cc.
