Of course the #602 Provence Moulage 6C3000CM, a model I built 25 years ago, has not the proper livery... And #23 is a Jolly Models, a poor one (even the nose colour is wrong wrt the race number). Only the Tron #21 is suited to the Gila. But still, it's an evocation of the Le Mans 1953 scene.

Best bijzonder is trouwens de aanhanger met (gepatenteerde) fuseesturing. Ben benieuwd of de sturing bij dit model ook werkt.

Thanks for the picture. The truck actually belonged to a private trasporter of Parma, hence the PR reg. number. He probably used to transport street cars on a daily basis, except for the Le Mans venue.

Van het "Blue Moon" merk (een sub-merk van BBR) een mooie 6C 2500 gebouwde auto. Lijkt mij persoonlijk veel op de 6C 2500 Michelotti die eerder door RaMei is gemaakt, maar ik ben geen specialist. Mooi model voor een redelijk betaalbare prijs, alhoewel het natuurlijk behoorlijk wat geld blijft. Het referentnummer is BLM4301.

Nice models but I have my doubts about the convertible. As far as I know it had a different front with retractable headlights.

Op de doosjes staat, "Exclusive Carrefour" Mischien is dat enkel voor de prijs bedoeld, 8€ voor beide is niet veel he

With a bit of googleling: hard to see, but no headlights visable like on the coupé. I thought that I heard that the coupé was made out this spider, or am I wrong?



By the way: (almost) the same Alfa heart was used on a 2600 berlina prototype that still exists... coinsidence or not? The double headlights of that car could be found on more Pininfarina designs...

Zojuist op e-mail binnen gekregen; Alfa Romeo schaalmodellen nieuws uit het land van de rijzende zon. YOW MODELLINI is bezig met het maken van de Alfa Romeo 2000 Sestriere zoals deze op de show van Turijn stond in 1958. Genoeg verschillen met de eerder door hem uitgebrachte 1957 versie met schuifdeur aan bestuurderszijde (K099). Het referentienummer van de 1958 versie is K151.
