What does 'code 3' mean in this case? I thought it was to indicate emergency vehicles.

I have an HPI 1/43rd Alfa 155 V6 Ti ITC Hattori 1996 and i am stripping it down to make another version.

Has anyone on this forum tried stripping down this model as i cannot see how to take side windows out, please help someone ???
