Those look sweet!
I know next to nothing about touringcar liveries and such but those are excellent pieces of homegrown models. I used to do some painting myself, mainly trying to get storebought models to look more real. I haven't done it in a while but i'll try and give some tips on how to make carmodels realistic looking from what I remember:
1. Most modellers miss a very important detail in painting cars, and that's shine differences. This can really add to the realism. With this I mean the difference in shine on a real car, i.e. between different materials. A dashboard should commonly be a mat finish, not shiny, likewise for seats, etc. Also the black door and window seal rubber is also (usually) mat or satin, but never gloss. Same for steering wheels. I can't give anymore examples, but if you look at a real car you'll notice that there's different shine values.
2. I used to be really into superdetailing, i.e. wheelnuts, black dots where appropriate for nuts and bolts, melting and strething plastic frames for antennas, etc. A 000 brush helps.
3. You can also bring out the grooves between panels using a thin wash of black. (best to tape the adjoining panels before you do though).
Obviously if you're not into superdetailing the above will be meaningless. Nice work though.
