Jeremy, the 17" will work for sure, I know there's folks out there that have 9 inch wide in the rear. I have just tried it.

I share your feelings about the frontspoiler, i'm gonna find an easy way to clip it on. It was indeed scraping when the car was still on standard height!

About the Tomtom, yes, it doesn't know all the most recent changes to the roads, I noticed in Italy earlier. It has taken me on tours through France, Italy, Germany and on the way back and forth to these places and I have learned to appreciate it very much. (I got the version that knows all of europe on a hard disk) IT does make mistakes, so did the very expensive GPS in my former beemer. I payed 10 times as much though at the time for that system which was slower with a remote CD. Just don't buy it for the phone hands-free option. It is useless in my opinion.

I use the GPSin different cars and that's a huge benefit to me.

Regards, Klaas

Quite nice, those AZEV A's. Wonder if they'd do them in satin black... Those other wheels are also not bad, Nick.

Sounds like a TomTom is worth a look. They seem much better value, and more practical, than overpriced built-in systems. 10 years ago I had a German boss who spent the equivalent of 7000 euros for the latest Philips Kar-in system in his 5 series. It didn't work.

Looks like Evo weather this weekend....

I'm probably the only one in the world, but I love the looks of a Evo on the original (red GTV6) wheels.... :-)
